Wednesday, September 9, 2026: PV & Energy Storage Fundamentals (Grid-Tied)
This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage. Attendees will explore the solar resource, key system components—including PV modules, inverters, disconnects, and overcurrent protection devices—as well as lead-acid and lithium-ion battery technologies. The day concludes with a hands-on load analysis session, providing participants with the essential knowledge needed to understand and evaluate grid-connected solar energy systems.

Thursday, September 10, 2026: Advanced PV + Batteries (Grid-Tied)
This course takes a deeper dive into the design and configuration of grid-connected multimode systems. Participants will study multimode system configurations, advanced functionalities, and the process of specifying batteries, PV arrays, and inverters. The course also covers design considerations for both DC-coupled and AC-coupled multimode architectures, equipping attendees with the technical depth required to size and specify complex PV-plus-storage solutions for real-world applications.
