Our Safely Connecting Initiative is our commitment to not only provide you with world-class events, but also a safe place to connect and get the latest technologies and solutions to transform our industry.

Under the guidance of health professionals, our team has worked diligently to assess each layer of our events to ensure that our space most importantly fosters the safest environment for you to do business. Our Safely Connecting Initiative includes several measures in a multi-tier approach that will ensure we deliver a safe experience.

We will continue to evolve as health guidelines and needs change, ensuring the safest and most comfortable experience for everyone joining us. With your help, RE+ Events will continue to provide community, support, and answers for our industry.

Health and Safety Policy

COVID vaccination and negative tests are not required, however,  we follow the CDC recommendation that everyone receive the updated COVID-19 vaccination prior to travel. In addition, we ask you to take steps to protect yourself and others by considering wearing a mask in crowded indoor areas, take additional precautions if you were recently exposed to COVID-19, and don’t travel if you have symptoms or have recently tested positive for COVID-19. Attendees at RE+ events are expected to make every effort to maintain  CDC-recommended  travel best practices and appropriate hygiene procedures. We ask that attendees not attend if they are sick. For all international events, we will follow the guidance and recommendation of local, regional, and national health authorities.

Throughout the pandemic, RE+ Events has worked to ensure that our policies protect our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and stakeholders while listening to the current thinking from experts regarding health and safety measures.
