Crafting Creative Solutions For Land Use Concerns to Achieve Clean Energy Targets

The Northeast has been a national leader in the expansion of community solar, and the growth of the industry is critical to meeting the many carbon reduction and clean energy deployment targets set by each state. However, the growth of solar has led to increasing concerns about land use, and the converging policy goals of agricultural and environmental conservation with expanded clean energy deployment. Our panel of experts will discuss how we can address these concerns, and how we can craft policy that helps us progress our energy and environmental goals to significantly reduce our carbon emissions.
