Over 15 years as General Manager in different sectors like TELCO (telefonica, Orange, ONO, PEPEPHONE), TOURISM (GLOBALIA-AIREUROPA), ENERGY (PEPEENERGY,POWEN), now he is leading the POWEN’s project, specialist leader in selfconsumption. He is specialist in growth and scalability of companies and his carrer is marked for launching PEPEPHONE, the spanish MVNO that was bought for MASMOVIL over €160M. He loves the operations, digitization and all the decision that he takes is focus on the customer satisfaction.

He was the chief executive officer (CEO) and chief technology officer of WinInertia Technologies from 2008 to 2017, with a focus on solutions for energy systems that carry out the integration of energy storage systems (ESSs) in applications such as transportation. Since 2017, he has been the CEO of Hybrid Energy Storage Solutions Technologies, Sevilla, Spain, a company that develops power systems that facilitate the integration of distributed energy source systems in the electrical grid.

Javier is a Senior Principal at AFRY Management Consulting, specialising in the regulation and modelling of energy markets. He has 19 years of experience in the power sector, including system operation and system planning at the Spanish TSO (Red Eléctrica), and currently leading the electricity practice at AFRY. He is an Electrical Engineer by Comillas ICAI, and holds an MBA by Insead Business School.

Industrial Engineer with almost 20 years of experience in Red Eléctrica (the Spanish TSO). She has been in differtent positions related to the real time operation and the design of the system. Rosalía participated in the comission of the CECRE (Control Center for Renewable Energies). Since 2016 Rosalía is the Head of the System Reliability Department being rseponsible of guaranting the dynamic stability of the system within the context of the energy transition.

Xabier Otaño studied industrial automation engineering and has been working at Mondragon Assembly for 17 years, of which the last 15 years have been dedicated to the commercial area. He has been involved for more than 10 years in PV Solar Industry. In this moment he is the Head of Sales of the Solar Business, helping to provide the best solutions to the solar PV industry adapting to the needs of the customers.

Vanesa Peñalver Ojeda is responsible for business development and management in the self-consumption segment in Spain for Sunova Solar Technologies Inc.
The last years of her professional experience have been focused on offering solutions to installation companies through the development of the distribution channel as responsible for key accounts in the segment.

Asier Ukar is Senior Consultant at PI Berlin and Managing Director of the Spanish subsidiary PI Berlin S.L. He has 14 years experience in advising utility-scale projects with physical presence in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. With PI Berlin, he has actively participated since 2008 in the design, supervision and refinancing of PV projects globally, offering his services mainly to financial entities, governmental bodies, developers and EPCs.
