About RE+ Events
Presented by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), RE+ Events strives to keep the industry moving forward by offering cutting-edge events centered around the trends, technology, and research that power the industry.
Unlike other solar industry events, all proceeds support the expansion of the US solar energy market through SEIA’s and SEPA’s year-round research and education activities, as well as SEIA’s advocacy efforts.
Commitment to Collaboration
The success of RE+ Events is heavily driven by the two non-profit membership organizations behind it. The partnership between SEPA and SEIA, through their joint ownership of RE+ Events, has resulted in the creation of a robust suite of business and education opportunities for the solar industry. RE+ Events organizers and speakers will strive to create a welcoming, collaborative environment for all attendees and stakeholders. At times, contentious issues are discussed at RE+ Events. These debates make the industry stronger and facilitate the healthy exchange of ideas in a collegial setting. All RE+ Events speakers will strive to present balanced perspectives on all issues in a professional, constructive manner.
The Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA®) is the driving force behind solar energy and is building a strong solar industry to power America through advocacy and education. As the national trade association for the U.S. solar energy industry, which employs more than 242,000 Americans, we represent all organizations that promote, manufacture, install and support the development of solar energy. SEIA works with its 1,000 member companies to build jobs and diversity, champion the use of cost-competitive solar in America, remove market barriers and educate the public on the benefits of solar energy. For more information, visit www.seia.org.
The Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) is dedicated to helping all electric power stakeholders accelerate the transformation to a carbon-free electricity system. To maximize impact, SEPA focuses across three pathways: Regulatory and Business Innovation, Grid Integration, and Electrification. Through educational content, working groups, peer-to-peer engagements and custom projects, SEPA facilitates collaboration, develops innovative strategies, and raises awareness of actionable solutions for our members and partner organizations.
