Health Screening Instructions

All participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend RE+ Northeast in Boston.

We have partnered with Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via free mobile app, to facilitate this verification process.

For a seamless experience on-site, complete your Health Pass enrollment before your arrival at registration. To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free, here.

  1. Once you have downloaded the app, tap the white Health Pass tile.
  2. Select 'Events' and scroll to locate the RE+ Events tile.
  3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie.
  4. Follow the prompts to select your screening type. Complete your proof of vaccination.
    • Link proof of vaccination - CDC card upload (recommended)
      • When prompted, select 'add your vaccination card' to upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card
      • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information. This photo is used to generate a green or red Health Pass.
    • OR, Link a negative COVID-19 test
      • Select your testing provider from the menu or by searching 'other providers'. Log in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.
      • The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please be prepared to bring a physical copy of your test results and your ID.
  5. When you arrive to the event, reopen the Health Pass tile and be ready to present your pass. A green pass means you are good to go!
