Vaccination Policy Update (Feb. 19, 2022)
As of February 19, the City of Boston has lifted its vaccine requirements for indoor spaces.
What this means for RE+ Northeast and the Community Solar Power Forum:
All participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff will still need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, OR A NEGATIVE TEST (Only 3rd party proctor antigen tests and PCR tests are accepted through CLEAR) from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at RE+ Northeast and the Community Solar Power Forum.
Proof of Vaccination/Negative Test
RE+ Events is partnering with CLEAR Health Pass for vaccination/negative test verification. Event participants will be able to utilize the CLEAR Health Pass mobile app for convenient access to RE+ Northeast and the Community Solar Power Forum.
Face Masks. Face coverings will be required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Masks will be provided for anyone who needs one. If you forget your mask or wear a face covering that is not permitted on site, then we will provide you with a replacement mask. All face masks must fully cover the nose and mouth. If you choose to use a face shield, you must also wear a mask underneath.
The following are not permitted:

Sanitation Stations. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Touch-free hand sanitizer, as well as gloves and alcohol wipes will be available as well.
Regular Cleaning. We will work with the convention center, event hotels, and other venues to confirm they have increase cleaning regiments.
Concessions. We are working with the venue to provide pre-packaged food and beverage options.
