POLICY UPDATE (March 30, 2022):
Vaccination or negative COVID test RECOMMENDED
Based on current state and CDC guidance, we have updated our COVID-19 policy. COVID vaccination and negative tests are no longer required, however, it is highly recommended that all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff, are vaccinated or test negative no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at RE+ Southeast. In addition, face coverings are recommended (but not required) for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.
Throughout the pandemic, RE+ Events has worked to ensure that our policies protect our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and stakeholders while listening to the current thinking from experts regarding health and safety measures. This month, the CDC released updated health guidance that has informed our policy update.
*Please note that our Safely Connecting policies are subject to change based on local, state, and CDC guidelines.*

Regular Cleaning. We will work with the convention center, event hotels, and other venues to confirm they have increase cleaning regiments.
Registration. All attendees must pre-register digitally. To minimize time spent at registration, badges will be pre-printed and can be picked up from a designated registration counter.
