Safely Connecting Onsite

(POLICY UPDATE, March 29, 2022) Vaccination or negative COVID test RECOMMENDED

Based on current state and CDC guidance, we have updated our COVID-19 policy for RE+ Texas.

COVID vaccination and negative tests are no longer required to attend. However, it is highly recommended that all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and staff are vaccinated or test negative no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at RE+ Texas (formerly Solar and Energy Storage Texas) in San Antonio.

Face coverings are recommended for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Masks will be provided for anyone who wants one.

Throughout the pandemic, we have strived to ensure all our events protect our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and stakeholders while maximizing the current thinking about health and safety measures. This month, the CDC released updated health guidance that informed our decision.

Please note that our COVID policies are subject to change based on local, state, and CDC guidelines.
