About Community Solar Power Summit

Community solar is one of the fastest growing sectors in the clean energy economy. In partnership with the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA) and RE+ Events (formerly Solar Power Events), the Community Solar Power Summit brings together leading community solar businesses, utilities, non-profits, and policymakers for an exclusive two day event — featuring in-depth conversations with national community solar thought leaders from CCSA, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), sessions on current trends and policies, networking opportunities, and solution providers.

Community Solar Power Summit 2023 was presented in coordination with the National Community Solar Partnership, whose 2023 Annual Summit was co-located at the event.

About RE+ Events

Presented by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) and Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), RE+ Events strives to keep the industry moving forward by offering cutting-edge events centered around the trends, technology, and research that power the industry.

Unlike other solar industry events, all proceeds support the expansion of the US solar energy market through SEIA’s and SEPA’s year-round research and education activities, as well as SEIA’s advocacy efforts.

About CCSA

CCSA is a national coalition of businesses and nonprofits working to expand customer choice and access to solar for all American households and businesses through community solar. Our mission is to empower every American energy consumer with the option to choose local, clean and affordable community solar. We work with customers, utilities, local stakeholders and policymakers to develop and implement policies and best practices that ensure community solar programs provide a win, win, win for all, starting with the customer. For more information, visit https://www.communitysolaraccess.org and follow the group on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Commitment to Collaboration

The success of RE+ Events is heavily driven by the two non-profit membership organizations behind it. The partnership between SEPA and SEIA, through their joint ownership of RE+ Events, has resulted in the creation of a robust suite of business and education opportunities for the solar industry. RE+ Events organizers and speakers will strive to create a welcoming, collaborative environment for all attendees and stakeholders. At times, contentious issues are discussed at RE+ Events. These debates make the industry stronger and facilitate the healthy exchange of ideas in a collegial setting. All RE+ Events speakers will strive to present balanced perspectives on all issues in a professional, constructive manner.
